Transportation Information

COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE SERVICE AVAILABLE TO AND FROM THE EVENT.

If you're riding the shuttle to the event, please park at River Crest Country Club.

Shuttles will depart from:
RIVER CREST COUNTRY CLUB at 5:30 P.M. and 6:00 P.M.*

Shuttles will be departing from the back parking lot by the tennis courts. NON-MEMBERS: Please make sure to use the parking lot by the tennis courts. Members are free to park anywhere.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE EVENT

Highland Farm

Directions from Fort Worth:

Take I-30 West to 820 North
Take the 3rd exit on to Silver Creek Road
Turn Left on to Silver Creek Road
Go approximately 2.33 miles and turn left onto Western Oaks Road
Take Western Oaks Road until it dead ends into Highland Farm

The arena is 1.5 miles from the front gate entrance of the farm on gravel roads. We are pleased to share the parking area is now completely paved. But, this is still a farm - sports cars are not recommended.

Uber:

Uber SUV is recommended. We encourage anyone who plans to take UBER to schedule an UBER SUV Pickup FROM the event. The band is scheduled to end at midnight.

If you are not comfortable driving after the event, you are welcome to get an UBER from the farm. The farm will be reopened from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday for anyone to pick up their vehicle that is left overnight.
